Wecare Agri-Bio Agricultural Microbiology Research Institute is committed to the research and development of agricultural microbial strains, large-scale intelligent manufacturing of highly active and stable strains, and providing strains, technical support, and application research for livestock and poultry, aquatic ecological breeding, soil and fertilizer ecological planting, and companion animal health.

The Institute boasts 2 academicians in the field of microbiology and 6 interdisciplinary composite expert teams, comprising 12 doctors and over 60 masters. Adhering to the development concept of "invigorating agriculture through science and technology, with ecology as the priority," researchers deeply engage in the field of agricultural microorganisms and promote the transformation of scientific research achievements into real productive forces.

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, microbiologist, professor, doctoral supervisor, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, Fellow of the Third World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), Fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology (AAM). Honorary Dean of the School of Life Science and Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Honorary Dean of the School of Pharmacy at Wuhan University, former Director of the Wuhan Biotechnology Development Research Institute, currently serving as the Director of the National Key Laboratory of Microbial Metabolism, President of the Chinese Society for Microbiology, Vice President of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Biotechnology, and Chairman of the Industrial Microbial Genetics Committee.

Academician Huang He

Specialist of Wecare Agri-Bio Group

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Nanjing Normal University, professor, and doctoral supervisor. Approved for the National Outstanding Youth Fund and multiple national talent projects. He has long been engaged in the breeding of industrial microbial strains, molecular metabolic engineering, fermentation engineering, and synthetic biology research. His research achievements have won two second-class National Technology Invention Awards, two first-class Ministry of Education Technology Invention Awards, the He Liang He Li Foundation Science and Technology Youth Innovation Award, the Min Enze Energy and Chemical Engineering Outstanding Contribution Award, the Business Science and Technology Award, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Young Scientist Award, among others. From 2014 to 2022, he was continuously selected for the Elsevier list of highly cited scholars in the field of chemical engineering in China.
